{Video} 2 ways to strive for success. Which one do you choose?

Hi loves-

Many of the women I work with struggle with finding the right motivation.

With "right" I mean the kind of motivation that feels positive, exciting, and that LASTS.

Of course, all of us have little lapses of feeling unmotivated, but if we have the right motivation, I believe that those moments are more due to our body simply needing rest and have less to do with actual deep discouragement.

There is a fine yet crucial difference, because if you have the right kind of motivation, you will bounce back once you got the rest you needed and will be back on track with far more ease and focus. In comparison, the wrong kind of motivation will lead you further and further down the rabbit hole, ultimately resulting in burn out or feelings of failure.

Motivation is key when it comes to creating lasting success, staying creative, and feeling fulfilled as a result.

In today's video I will walk you through 2 different ways of creating success + 4 action steps you can take right now in order to step up your personal success game and make sure that the result of your work will be fulfillment rather than burn-out. Click play below.

As promised, here are the 4 steps to help you make this transition from harnessing motivation from negativity and self-loathing to harnessing motivation from positivity and clarity:

  1. Create a strong WHY. Think of something you have been wanting to do and write down exactly WHY you want it. How will it serve you? How will it serve others and the world? Connect with your WHY on a deep, profound level and really see it’s value (if you cannot see it’s value, maybe you and your goal have to say bye bye).

  2. Write down everything you are proud of. Include your characteristics and soft skills as well as your external accomplishments and hard skills. How are these connected to what you have set out to do next?

  3. Create a strong vision of what your goal will look like once it’s realized. Paint a vivid picture and include your senses: what will it look like? Feel like? Smell like? Sound like?

  4. Get into action right now. What is something you can do to get closer to your goal. Do that one thing or at least initiate it in some way NOW. Taking action right away is extremely important in order to get the momentum rolling!

In the comments below, I'd love to hear your thoughts: was this video helpful? What did you realize and what will you change as a result of your realizations?

With love as always.
