Let’s talk women’s health and nutrition

Having solid mentors and amazing teachers has been immensely important in my life (you know how much they matter after you’ve had some bad ones).

That's why I am so excited to introduce you to one of my mentor Jessica Drummond, MPT, CCN, CHC and talk to you about women’s health & nutrition and the importance of taking a holistic approach to your well-being.

As many of you know from some of my recent posts, I was faced with hormonal imbalances after coming off the birth control pill (I will share more about this in the coming months, so stay tuned). Instead of following my doctor’s advice to go back on the pill (aka. ignore the issue), I decided to take a loving approach and heal my body holistically.

I spent the past 3 years researching everything I could about women’s holistic hormonal health and exploring various ways and avenues to go about creating balance and harmony in my mind and in my body, so that I could conceive life naturally and blissfully when my husband and I were ready.

Getting to know myself and my body in this way has been one of the biggest gifts in my life AND it worked out beautifully at the end as I am now 37 weeks -meaning full-term!- pregnant :)

Last September, I decided to take my research and personal experience to the next level and signed up with The Integrative Pelvic Health Institute to become certified in Women's Health and Nutrition. I feel an immense urge to help other women who are struggling with their hormones and fertility and/or simply want to prepare their bodies for conception and pregnancy.

That's why I am super excited to introduce you to Jessica, who is the founder and CEO of The Integrative Pelvic Health Institute. She is an amazing mentor whose knowledge is immensely vast across various health territories. She also has a special dual sensitivity for how the body and mind work together, which I SO appreciate.

Jessica recently created a 3-part video training series to help you better understand physical issues like infertility, pelvic pain, postpartum recovery challenges, menopause symptoms, and even breast cancer or abdominal surgeries. In addition to having physical challenges, most women also experience emotional, spiritual, and practical challenges that can make it very difficult to help them reach their goals.

If women's health is an area that you would like to learn more about, you need to watch this free video series produced by The Integrative Pelvic Health Institute, How to Expertly and Confidently Treat Complex Women's Health Conditions Holistically.

Ohh and pssst…. if you find that after you watch the video series, you want to sign up for one of Jessica’s two programs, I have a special promo code you can use to get a super sweet discount:

Program 1: The Core Program - Use WHNCCORESPECIAL, and receive $97 off.

Program 2: The Professional Program - Use WHNCPROSPECIAL, and receive $497 off.

One last thing I want to make clear that I believe really matters:

There are a ton of health & nutrition coaching programs out there (trust me, I have looked at a lot of them), but there is truly nothing like Jessica and what she offers through The Integrative Pelvic Health Institute.

This program is truly only for those of you who want to sincerely become an expert, understand the research behind why the body works the way it does, and thus, make a true and lasting difference in your own and in your clients’ lives.

Jessica's program has truly educated me on a level I didn’t foresee and I couldn’t recommend it more to anyone who wants to enter the world of women’s health and truly make an impact.

Check out Jessica’s free video series here.

Enjoy & I hope that this education will serve you and your work in the world!

Warmly,

Caroline
